A Place with a Story

Long before it became The Coastal Settlement, this site was known as Block 20, Changi Camp, serving as the Royal Air Force's (RAF) fault control and telephone exchange, operated by the 19 Signal Regiment. During the British military era, the surrounding area formed part of the historic Changi Military Base. Today, while the purpose of the building has changed, its spirit of history lives on through the memories, conversations, and experiences shared within its walls.
