Preparation and serving of espresso-based coffee beverages

Dial-in grinder and espresso machine whenever required

Prepare other non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages

Come up with alcoholic drinks (Prior training provided)

Perform general housekeeping of workstation

Restock supplies when required
-
Assist service staff to deliver beverages to tables when required

Serve customers with a positive and friendly manner

Reservation Officer
(Full Time)

Job Responsibilities

Confirm and process reservation requests
-
Ensure all information pertaining to reservations are properly taken and entered into the system

Receive guests in an approachable, professional and prompt manner
-
Handle queue management and table assignments for reservations/walk-ins
-
Provide guests with accurate wait time during busy periods
-
Be willing to do service job as and when needed (take orders, and sending food and drinks)

Serve customers with a positive and friendly manner
