Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Sous Chef to lead kitchen team in daily operations and ensure professionalism of work, producing high quality food for our guests

  • Responsible for proper food handling and ensure food hygiene and sanitation are maintained at all times 

  • Conduct food checking and mise-en place before sending out for service 

  • Perform menu planning and store requirements

  • Restock supplies when required

  • Check quality of ingredients

  • Perform any other duties as required by the Head Chef

  • Experience is advantageous

Chef De Partie

(Full Time/Part Time/Internship)

Job Responsibilities

  • Set up kitchen workstation with ingredients and cooking equipment

  • Maintain a high standard of service at all times 

  • Produce all dishes and recipes to a high standard of presentation 

  • Ensure all dishes are served at the correct portion size, quality and temperature 

  • Keeping kitchen sanitized and food items stored in order

  • Check quality of ingredients

Commis Chef 

(Full Time/Part Time/Internship)

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist senior kitchen staff to set up kitchen workstation with ingredients and cooking equipment

  • Maintain a high standard of service at all times 

  • Assist senior kitchen staff to produce all dishes and recipes to a high standard of presentation 

  • Keep watch over various sections for the preparation, presentation and quality of food.

  • Keeping kitchen sanitized and food items stored in order

  • Check quality of ingredients

  • Experience is advantageous

  • Preferably stay in the East

Pastry Chef 

(Full Time/Part Time/Internship)

What we’re looking for:

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and produce pastries, cakes and various desserts  

  • Ensure baking supplies are stocked sufficiently

  • Maintain standards of food preparation, quality, hygiene, sanitation, scheduling and decoration

  • Evaluate outsourced food suppliers where required 

  • Check quality of ingredients

  • Perform any other duties as required by the Head Chef

  • Experience is advantageous

Kitchen Helper

(Full Time/Part Time)

What we’re looking for:

  • Passion to be in a kitchen that produces great food

  • Willing to learn

  • Team player

  • Experience not required

  • Preferably stay in the East

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for performing a variety of food preparation duties such as washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing ingredients

  • Receive stores and ensure they are kept orderly and hygienically 

  • Clean and sanitize kitchen work areas, equipment, utensils and dishes.

  • Assist kitchen staff with various tasks as needed
