Job Responsibilities:

Assist Sous Chef to lead kitchen team in daily operations and ensure professionalism of work, producing high quality food for our guests

Responsible for proper food handling and ensure food hygiene and sanitation are maintained at all times

Conduct food checking and mise-en place before sending out for service

Perform menu planning and store requirements

Restock supplies when required
